We accept personal checks and money orders, made payable to: Marion Springer. Payment must be made at time of order. California residents, please add 7.5% sales tax.

Our Guarantee:

If you are not happy with your doll, you may return it, prepaid, within 10 days of receipt. The doll must be in the same condition as when it was sent. Your money will be refunded.

Shipping and Handling Charges:

Shipping charges within the continental US are $20.00 per doll. For insurance, please add $.50 per $100.00 value. We usually ship US mail and UPS Ground. The minimum shipping charge for UPS 2nd day air in the continental is $30.00.

Please contact us for shipping charges outside the continental US.

DELIVERY TIME:

Dolls are made on order, so please keep that in mind if you are ordering for a special occasion. Allow 4 to 6 weeks delivery time.
